Don began his career as a highly successful high school teacher and football coach.  He entered the financial services industry in 1988 at Prudential where he earned the Rookie of the Year award.  Don went on to grow several Prudential offices across the Tri-state area.  In 1995, he began the next chapter of his career at Minnesota Mutual where he continued his success by turning his agency into the fastest growing agency in the Minnesota system.  Always looking for the ideal company to meet his clients' needs, Don moved on from Minnesota Mutual in 1999  to  International  Planning  Alliance  for  its  resources  and  advanced  planning​ expertise.  In 2013, Don decided to branch out of International Planning Alliance and founded his own company, Innovative Wealth Partners. By doing so, he was able to expand his resources to ensure that his clients are receiving the optimal service they deserve.

  

Don and his wife, Christa, currently reside in Wall Township, New Jersey.  Don is a father of four and spent many years as a volunteer coach during his children’s youth.  He has been on the board of numerous charities, and is currently the Treasurer and an Elder at The Church In Brielle.  Don is also a leader of the Stephen Ministries, which teaches congregation members to council and care for people who are hurting.
